Day 17: Nothing but net
Today will be short and sweet because unlike basketball players, ornithologists do not dream of "nothing but net."
A female dobsonfly greeted us this morning. I never realized how large they are.
We only caught six birds today, but one was a neat juvenile veery.
Other neat things today were catnip and a deer vertebrate.
